To submit a claim, you will need your contract number or VIN, current vehicle mileage, a diagnosis from a licensed repair facility, and a repair estimate. Authorization is required before repairs begin. Typically the customer will provide a copy of their contract to the repair facility who will then contact our claims team. Please review your contract's terms and conditions for additional information.
Most claims are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after all required information is received. Complex claims may take longer.
Yes. The repair facility, who typically starts the claim, can provide updates like revised mileage, diagnosis details, or estimates at any time. Unless the claim has been reconciled and closed where payment has already been issued.

To start a claim, you will need your contract number or the last six digits of your VIN. Depending on your coverage type — tire and wheel, key replacement, windshield, or dent and ding — we may also ask for details about the damage or loss, such as the location, description, and repair or replacement information. Pictures may be required to move forward. Your contract includes a section called "Filing a Claim" that explains what is required for each product, and our team will guide you through the process when you call.
Most claims are processed the same day once we have the required information. In some cases we may ask for photos or extra details to confirm the damage or loss, and for larger or more complex claims, an inspection may be assigned. Processing times can vary by coverage type, but our team will let you know if anything else is needed to move your claim forward.
Yes, unless payment has already been issued and reconciled. If you’re adding a second tire after one has already been authorized, a separate claim may be created for tracking purposes.
