To process your request, you will need to know the phone number, email address on account, or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) which is usually found in the "Settings" of your device under "About Phone".
An administrative fee is due during the request process but is fully refundable if for any reason your request is not approved.
Requests are typically processed the same day if it is submitted before 3:00 PM ET.
Yes - you can track your request online by visiting www.protectcell.com and logging in. Once a device is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For any additions or changes to your already submitted request, please contact customer service at +1 (877) 775-3274 from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM ET to 9:00 PM ET. Note that you are unable to make additions or changes to an already submitted request through our online portal. Thank you for your understanding.
