Bianca Hoshina

SVP, Reinsurance

Bianca Hoshina has recently assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Reinsurance at Fortegra. Before joining Fortegra, Ms. Hoshina served as the Chief Reinsurance Officer at Applied Home National, a subsidiary of Applied Underwriters, where she oversaw the reinsurance activities for their property portfolio. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of Reinsurance at Tokio Solutions, focusing on structured financial products for third-party capital and managing Tokio Millennium's Cat Bond and ILW portfolio. Prior to that she was underwriting property risk at Tokio Millennium and Renaissance Reinsurance. She initiated her reinsurance career as a CAT analyst at Montpelier Re. Ms. Hoshina holds a B.C. degree with a Major in Finance from McGill University and is a CPCU designation holder.
